TRIAGE INDEX

Before you trust its decisions, understand its priorities.

AI systems can be asked to protect privacy, follow instructions, tell the truth and care for people. The revealing question is what happens when those responsibilities conflict.

A Behavioral Signature is the complete, versioned record of an AI system's responses to a shared set of dilemmas, presented through transparent statistical displays and comparisons with an identified reference panel.

Triage Index publishes the questions, conditions, responses, calculations, and history.

The first measured releases are published. Each record shows its release, its registration and its status, and illustrations on the site are demonstrations.

Measured releases

The first measured releases are published. Each one is shown on its own and never pooled.

Every release

Triage Index is building a shared way to examine what AI systems do when responsibilities conflict. Through structured dilemmas and controlled variations, we aim to make their responses visible, comparable and traceable.

Meet the Behavioral Signature.

BEHAVIORAL SIGNATURE

What this system does when values collide.

Measured. Not judged.

The record is the product: each answer kept with the question and the conditions that produced it. Charts and numerical fields are views of the record, not a replacement for the full responses.

Read it, compare it, and decide what it means for you.

One question opens a much larger inquiry.

Rescue triage and the trolley problem are recognizable starting points. The larger questions concern care, honesty, loyalty, privacy, authority, sacred commitments, and the duties that can pull a decision in different directions.

Does the response change with the wording? With the language? When the facts change? When the same model is placed in a different setup? Those differences are what the tests are designed to reveal.

The evidence is shared. The judgment is yours.

People do not have to agree on every value to benefit from a common record. Triage Index does not tell you what to believe. It helps you examine the response patterns of systems you may choose to rely on.

Each published record must state whether it measures conversational answers, software actions, simulation or physical operation. Evidence in one setting is not a guarantee in another.
